Minerva Police Report

On Dec. 23, 8:41 a.m. police arrested Elvis Kramer, Minerva, on a warrant out of Alliance Municipal Court for failure to appear for driving under suspension. Kramer was transported to Stark County Jail. Kramer is scheduled to appear in Alliance Municipal Court.

On Dec. 23, 9:31 a.m. police arrested Jeremy Mullins, Minerva, on a warrant out of Minerva Mayor's Court for failure to appear for obstructing official business, two counts of possessing drug abuse instruments and controlled substance. Mullins also had a felony warrant out of Alliance Municipal Court for possession of cocaine. Mullins was transported to Stark County Jail. Mullins is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court and Alliance Municipal Court.

On Dec. 23, 4:09 p.m. police received a report for a domestic dispute from a residence on Roosevelt St. Information was obtained for a report.

On Dec. 23, 4:16 p.m. while on a traffic stop police arrested Shaun Lacaze, Minerva, on a warrant out of Minerva Mayor's Court for failure to pay fines and cost for drug abuse and tail lights required. Lacaze was also charged with driving under suspension. Lacaze is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court.

On Dec. 25, 12:23 p.m. police received a report of a domestic dispute from a residence on Roosevelt St. Information was obtained for a report.

On Dec. 25, 2:40 p.m. while on a traffic stop police arrested Justin Haught, Minerva, for tampering with evidence, possession of marihuana, possession of marihuana drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence and impeding traffic. Haught was transported to the Stark County Jail. Haught is scheduled to appear in Alliance Municipal Court.

On Dec. 25, 3:36 p.m. police arrested Jacob Payne, Minerva, on two warrants out of Minerva Mayor's Court for failure to pay fines and cost for contributing to the unruliness of a child and obstructing official business, additional warrant for failure to pay fines and cost for drug abuse, disorderly conduct and possession of marihuana drug paraphernalia. Payne is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court.

On Dec. 25, 8:37 p.m. police received a report for an intoxicated subject at a residence on Ike St. Information was obtained for a report.

On Dec. 25, 10:26 p.m. police received a report for a domestic dispute at a residence on N. Market St. Information was obtained for a report.

On Dec. 26, 12:22 p.m. police received a report for found property of a debit card on E. Lincolnway. The property will be held at the Minerva Police Department to be claimed by the owner.

On Dec. 26, 2:08 p.m. police received a report of found property of a drone on Park Ave. The property will be held at the Minerva Police department to be claimed by the owner.

On Dec. 28, 10:12 a.m. police received a report of fraud on Main St. Information was obtained for a report.

On Dec. 29, 6:46 a.m. police arrested Walter Wilson, Minerva, on a warrant out of Alliance Municipal Court for failure to appear for driving under suspension. Wilson was transported to Stark County Jail. Wilson is scheduled to appear in Alliance Municipal Court.

On Dec. 29, 12:25 p.m. police arrested Joshua Little, Chester WV, on a warrant out of Minerva Mayor's Court for failure to appear for no operator's license and tail light required. Little posted bond and the warrant was canceled.

On Dec. 29, 5:30 p.m. police received a report for harassment from a residence on N. Market St. Information was obtained for a report.

On Dec. 29, 3:29 p.m. police arrested Joshua Morris, Minerva, on a warrant out of Minerva Mayor's Court for failure to pay fines and cost for driving under suspension. Morris is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court.

On Dec. 30, 12:17 p.m. police received a report for a possible drug investigation at a business on Alliance Rd. Information was obtained for a report.

On Dec. 30, 3:18 p.m. police received a report for a theft investigation at a residence on W. Plain St. Information was obtained for a report.

On Jan. 1, 11:39 a.m. police received a report for harassment from a resident on Wine St. Information was obtained for a report.

On Jan. 2, 4:58 p.m. police arrested Christopher Young, Minerva, on two warrants out of Minerva Mayor's Court for failure to pay fines and cost for drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia and second warrant for failure to pay fines and cost for seatbelt required. Young is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court.

On Jan. 2, 6:15 p.m. police arrested James Pennock, Minerva, on a warrant out of Minerva Mayor's Court for failure to pay fines and cost for disorderly conduct by intoxication. Pennock is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court.

On Jan. 2, 7:42 p.m. police received a report for a theft from a business on E. Lincolnway. Information was obtained for a report.

On Jan. 3, 1:14 p.m. police arrested Renee Boyles, Minerva, on a warrant out of Minerva Mayor's Court for failure to pay fines and cost for license plates belonging to another vehicle. Boyles is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court.

On Jan. 3, 6:50 p.m. while on a traffic stop police cited Tyler McClish, Minerva, for driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia. McClish is scheduled to appear in Carroll County Court.

On Jan. 4, 8:39 a.m. Alissa Johnson, Carrollton, posted bond on a warrant out of Minerva Mayor's Court for failure to appear for expired plate. Information was obtained for a report and the warrant was canceled.
