Signs of Spring are in the air, well sort of. The first sign of Spring is when you look up to see the price of gasoline is at $3.45 per gallon. The second sign of Spring is the pothole you just hit while driving down the road, more than likely you just hit it while looking at the price of gasoline. Welcome to Spring.
