To whom it may concern;
I live a little south of the caution light on Rt-30 in East Rochester and on a daily basis I have been watching the progress on the replacement of the bridge on Augusta Road about 100' of the intersection to Rt-30.
During that time I have learned that if the voting public would watch this also they would never vote for another road levy or the reelection of the county engineer. It is also quite understandable why municipalities and corporations use outside contractors as I was for such work.
Just an observation of a man that used to operate his own business that did such work and would have never made a dime if I were to have operated in such a manner and with so many 'observers' on the job site.
The cost to the voting public in the gasoline used to detour should be enough to cover the cost of new bridge. (Well maybe the paint and the bolts.)

Thanks for the 'No engine Brake' signs.
Would there be enough money in the budget to offer some of the drivers a cource in 'Phonics'?
