The Buckeye State Sheriffs' Association will be sending notices via the mail to enroll citizens in Stark County as citizen members of the association.
Stark County Sheriff Tim Swanson explains the requests are done through the mail and no one from the Buckeye State Sheriffs' Association will contact anyone by phone or at the door. The mailings will be done March 12-19.
Anyone wishing to join may do so by completing the application and returning it in the enclosed envelope, along with the dues amount. If not, simply discard the mailed application.
