One count of Drug Abuse was dismissed, found guilty on remaining counts, fined $200 for each count of Drug Paraphernalia, $150 for Drug Abuse, $65 costs, driver's license suspended for six months and 10 days jail, of which five days were suspended.

Shawn Clark, Waynesburg, Driving Under Suspension. Charge was amended to No Operator's License. Pled guilty to amended charge, fined $100 and $65 costs.
Darlene Sutton, Minerva, Stop Sign Violation. Pled no contest, found guilty, fined $65 in costs.
