Minerva Police Report

On July 28 at 12 p.m., police received a report of theft of copper wire from a business on Knox Court sometime during overnight. Information was taken for a report.

On July 30 at 3:11 a.m., police received a report of vandalism to a residence on South Main Street. Information was taken for a report.

On July 30 at 10:34 a.m., police received a report of theft, sometime overnight, from two vehicles parked in the driveway of a Murray Avenue residence. Information was obtained for a report.

On July 30 at 11:31 a.m., police received a report of theft from a vehicle, sometime overnight, while parked at an East Line Street residence. Information obtained for report.

On July 30 at 3:33 p.m., police arrested Michael Proctor Jr., of Louisville, on a Minerva warrant out of Alliance Municipal Court for Driving Under Suspension, Unauthorized Plates, Expired Registration, Seat Belt, Felicitation, and Possession of Marijuana. Information was obtained for a report. Proctor was transported to Stark County Jail and was scheduled to appear in Alliance Municipal Court.

On July 31 at 9:09 a.m., bond was posted for David E. Gromley, of Kensington, reference Minerva Mayor's Court warrant for failure to pay fines and costs on No Operator's License, Use of Illegal Plates, and Driving an Unsafe Vehicle. Information was obtained for report and warrant was cancelled.

On July 31 at 7:05 p.m., police received a report of theft of a purse from a vehicle parked at a business on East Lincoln Way. Information was obtained for a report.

On Aug. 2 at 5:07 p.m., police received a report of harassment from a Barr Road resident. Information was obtained for a report.

On Aug. 3 at 10:13 p.m., police received a report of vandalism to a vehicle parked at a business on East Lincoln Way. Information was obtained for a report.

On Aug. 4 at 11:48 p.m., while on a traffic stop, police arrested Lori Cutlip, of Minerva, for fourth offense Driving Under Suspension. Information was obtained for a report, bond was posted and Cutlip was scheduled to appear in Alliance Municipal Court.

On Aug. 4 at 2:42 p.m., police received a report of a theft of an amp from the trunk of a vehicle parked in front of a residence on Jackson Street sometime between July 31 and August 1. Information obtained for report.

On Aug. 6 at 8:11 a.m., police received a report of vandalism to a vending machine in front of a business on West Lincoln Way. Information was obtained for a report.
