On Aug. 20, 3:42 p.m., police received a report of vandalism to a gravestone in East Lawn Cemetery. Information was obtained for a report.

On Aug. 23, 5:50 p.m., police received a report of breaking and entering at a residence on Queen Street. Information was obtained for a report.

On Aug. 23, 7:11 p.m., police received a report of a protection order violation that occurred in Bicentennial Park. Information was obtained for a report and sent to the prosecutor's office for review.

On Aug. 24, 8:08 p.m., while on a traffic stop, police charged Stephen Ramsey, East Rochester, for Driving with Temporary Permit without a Valid Driver. Information was obtained for a report and Ramsey is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court.

On Aug. 25, 8:03 a.m., police received a report of vandalism to a motor vehicle parked at a business on Lincoln Street SE. Information was obtained for a report.

On Aug. 24, 11:54 p.m., police received a report of disorderly subject on Bonnieview Avenue. Arrested was Christopher Fankhauser, Minerva, for Disorderly Conduct by Intoxication. Information was obtained for a report and Fankhauser is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court.

On Aug. 24, 7:42 p.m., bond was posted on Brent Hilliard's warrant out of Minerva Mayor's Court for Failure to Appear on Expired Plate charge. Information was obtained for a report and the warrant was canceled.

On Aug. 25, 8:48 p.m., police received a report of a dog bit on Murray Avenue. Information was obtained for a report and charges were filed on Jon Kirkbride, Minerva, for Dog at Large. Kirkbride is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court. The report was also forwarded to the Carroll County dog warden.

On Aug. 26, 2:11 a.m., police received a report of an male attempting to enter a residence on South Market Street. Arrested was Joseph Jeffers, South Salem, for Disorderly Conduct by Intoxication and Criminal Damaging. Information was obtained for a report and Jeffers is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court.

On Aug. 26, 2:29 a.m., police received a report of fight at a business on South Market Street. Information was obtained for a report and sent to the prosecutor's office for review.

On Aug. 27, 10:56 a.m., police received a report of found bicycle on East Line Street. Property is being held at the Minerva Police Department to be claimed by the owner.

On Aug. 29, 10:45 a.m., police arrested Douglas Gross, Louisville, on a warrant out of Stark County for a Sex Offense. Information was obtained for a report and Gross was turned over to Stark County.

On Aug. 28, 8:23 p.m., police received a report of a spill from a business on Radloff Avenue. Information was obtained for a report and forwarded to city hall. The spill was cleaned up.

On Aug. 29, 6:03 p.m., police received a report of harassment that occurred at the high school. Information was obtained for a report and school officials will be handling incident.

On Aug. 29, 9:12 p.m., police received a report of a theft from a business on Alliance Road. Information was obtained for a report and faxed to the prosecutor's office for review of charges.

On Aug. 30, 10:28 a.m., police received a report of a theft from a motor vehicle parked on North Main Street. Information was obtained for a report.

On Aug. 30, 6:56 p.m., police received a report of harassment from a residence on Grant Boulevard. Information was obtained for a report.

On Aug. 31, 10:57 a.m., police arrested Carol Fetterman II, Carrollton, on three warrants out of Minerva Mayor's Court for Failure to Pay Fines and Costs on Driving Under Suspension, Seat Belt, and Marked Lanes, and two counts of Disorderly Conduct. Information was obtained for a report and Fetterman posted bond.

On Aug. 31, 4:44 p.m., while on a traffic stop, police charged Stephen Ramsey, East Rochester, for Driving on a Temporary Permit without a Valid Operator. Information was obtained for a report and Ramsey is scheduled to appear in Carroll County Court.

On Sept. 1, 1:48 p.m., while on a traffic stop, police charged Jessica Raines, Carrollton for Driving Under Suspension and Expired Plates. Information was obtained for a report and Raines is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court.

On Sept. 1, 3:18 p.m., police arrested Robert Adams, Minerva, on a warrant out of Alliance Municipal Court for Failure to Appear on Disorderly Conduct and Labeling of Controlled Substance charges. Information was obtained for a report and Adams was transported to Stark County Jail. Adams is scheduled to appear in Alliance Municipal Court.

On Sept. 3, 5:13 p.m., police arrested Michael King, Minerva, on a warrant out of Alliance Municipal Court for Failure to Appear on Assault, Obstructing Official Business and Criminal Mischief charges. Information was obtained for a report and King was transported to Stark County Jail. King is scheduled to appear in Alliance Municipal Court.

On Sept. 5, 1:49 a.m., police arrested Leonard Dalton, Minerva, on a warrant out of Canton Police Department for Failure to Appear for Supervised Community Service. Information was obtained for a report and Dalton was released after Canton Police Department issued Dalton a court summons.

On Sept. 5, 8:01 p.m., police received a report of an unruly juvenile at a residence on East Line Street. Information was obtained for a report.

On Sept. 6, 4:30 p.m., police received a report of an assault that occurred on West First Street. Charged was Damon Reckner, Minerva, for Disorderly Conduct by Fighting. Information was obtained for a report and Reckner is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court.

Accident Reports

On Sept. 1, at 7:49 p.m., a vehicle being operated by Barbara J. Tucker, Minerva, was travelling westbound on Lincoln Way at Almeda Avenue, and was stopped/slowed in traffic and was struck in the rear by a vehicle being operated by Cody J. Parrish, Minerva, who was also travelling westbound. Non-functional damages and possible injuries were reported. Parrish was cited for Assured Clear Distance Ahead and is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court.

On Sept. 1, at 8:38 p.m., a vehicle being operated by Deandra M. Berry, Minerva, was traveling through the parking of 1050 Valley St., and struck a cement based light pole. Disabling damages and no injuries were reported.

On Sept. 3, at approximately 11:25 a.m., a vehicle being operated by Brooke E. Lyons, Minerva, was entering a parking space at 202 E. High St., and struck a parked vehicle owned by Dennis J. Frank, Waynesburg. Non-functional damages and no injuries were reported.
