Guest speaker was Jo. D. Unkefer, blood drive volunteer for the American Red Cross, and also Minerva Community Meals President. She gave many interesting facts on the need for blood and the opportunity to donate.
Unkefer also spoke about the great need for meals to be delivered in Minerva. Minerva Community Meals receives no government funding, so they depend on the community for donations. Both organizations depend on community volunteers.
