Robertsville Grange 1784 met June 23 with Perry Grange 2729 and Nimishillen Grange 1627 filling officer chairs and opening and closing the grange and Master Walter presided over the evening business.
Susan Croston deaf chairman reported Kayla Rohr of Perry Grange is in the Bahamas teaching the deaf to communicate better and when she returns she will go to Mexico. All other officers gave a report.
Thank-you's from Ronald McDonald House and International Christian Center for the deaf for donations.
Tim and Carolyn Mann were recognized in song and received a candy bar for their anniversary. Birthdays recognized were Deloris Bebout, Owen Walher, Bill McCauley were recognized in song and each received a candy bar.
The treasurers report was accepted. Three Robertsville members were dropped.
A sewing and craft contest is set for Aug. 11; Stark County Fair is set for Aug. 29 to Sept. 7; On Sept. 16 the Pomona Grange will meet at Robertsville Grange Hall at 10:30 a.m.
Gail Macomber, Perry and Chuck Bebout, Robertsville were the cash prize winners.
Perry Grange Lecturer Margaret Alexander had a program on the American Flag and "Why we stand for the National Anthem." Nimishillen's Kim McCauley program was on hydration and Kelsey McCauley read several facts on why hydration is important.
Joan Miller was the winner of the door prize from the Nimishillen program. Bill McCauley of Perry Grange was recognized in song and received a candy bar for his birthday.
