Robertsville Grange holds annual picnic
The Robertsville Grange annual picnic hosted 27 attendees on July 14 at Christ Memorial Church Park. Table grace was given by Chaplain Kay Snyder.
Master Bill Walter announced Karen Barrick was reinstated as a member of the Grange and was welcomed by all present. He also announced the sign-up sheets for the food stand at Stark County Fair, which will be eld Aug. 29-Sept. 5.
Following the meal, traveling Bingo was enjoyed by all with many prizes awarded. It was announced that Stark County Pomona Grange will meet Sept. 16 at Robertsville Grange beginning at 10:30 a.m. Dick and Gerry Lotze will head the dinner committee.
Christ Memorial Church hosts Bible study in the park
Christ Memorial Church holds a park Bible study every Wednesday, 6:30 p.m. in the large pavilion. Each night begins with grilled hot dogs and drinks. Topics covered include, God Cares for You, The Person of Jesus Christ, The Work of Christ and the Spirit within You.
Designed for new and experienced believers to learn firsthand what it means to be a modern disciple of Christ. This is led by Jonathon Arnold. Call 330-862-2004 for more information or with questions.
