The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for Stark, Carroll and Columbiana continues from Thursday evening, March 11, through Sunday, March 14.
The National Weather Service advises small streams now swollen from the continued snow melt may begin to flood starting Thursday, March 11. Periods of rain, starting Thursday through Sunday with potentially heavier rain Saturday, will further the risk of flooding for small streams.
A flood watch means there is a potential for flooding based on current forecasts of snow melt and rainfall.
