The Columbiana County Fair will be held Monday-Sunday, Aug. 2-8, at the fairgrounds in Lisbon.
The rides will be open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 1-11 p.m., and Friday, Saturday and Sunday, noon-11 p.m.
Monday, Aug. 2, is preview night, and there will be no rides. The gates will open at 3 p.m. on preview night, and admission costs $5.
Tuesday-Saturday, Aug. 3-6, general-admission tickets purchased before 3 p.m. cost $6. General-admission tickets bought on these days after 3 p.m. will cost $8. All general-admission tickets purchased on Saturday Aug. 7, and Sunday Aug. 8, cost $8. General-admission prices include access to the rides.
Presale tickets are available for purchase through Monday, Aug. 2, 3 p.m. Seven general-admission tickets can be ordered for $30, but these tickets do not include rides.
Admission is free to the fair for all children under 3 years of age and servicemen and women presented in full uniform. Senior Citizens will be admitted free on Tuesday, Aug. 3, until 3 p.m. Membership tickets will be available for $1 at the office or by seeing a board director.
Grandstand admission prices vary, depending on the event. Tickets for the Confederate Railroad concert Tuesday, Aug. 3, cost $10 for track and grandstand seats. The demolition derbies will take place Wednesday and Sunday, A-Bar Rodeo productions will be on Thursday, and the truck/tractor pulling will be done Friday and Saturday. Admission prices for these events are $5.
