The annual Dog Days of Summer was held at Municipal Park in Minerva last Saturday afternoon, with many area residents enjoying free swimming at the Firemen's Pool and free food underneath the pavilion.
The boys team (above) show off their muscles as they get ready for the much-anticipated tug of war, which was held across Sandy Creek. Despite their off-season training, the boys team (left) was once again dragged into the waters.
