Bert Dawson, Columbiana County Engineer, announces the closing of County Road 403, Knox School Road, in West Township, between TR 820, Sandy Spring Road, and County Road 402, Rochester Road, for a culvert-replacement project.
The road will be closed 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., starting on Wednesday, Sept. 1, through Friday, Sept. 3.
The culvert will be installed by the North Georgetown Outpost crew. The road will be open to local traffic after 3:30 p.m. each day of the closure.
