Monday, May 15: Salisbury steak, rice pilaf/gravy, confetti beet salad, fruit.

Tuesday, May 16: Gourmet pork chops, baked potato, coleslaw, Jimmy Carter pudding.

Wednesday, May 17: Baked ham, baked white or sweet potato, Tortellini bean salad, apple salad.

Thursday, May 18: Baked chicken, scalloped potatoes, broccoli grape salad, Texas sheet cake.

Friday, May 19: Spaghetti with meat sauce, garlic bread, tossed salad, fruit salad.

All meals are served at 5 p.m.
