Motorcyclists will travel the curvy roads of three counties and stop near five area dams during the first annual Best Dam Motorcycle Poker Run on Saturday, June 3.

The tour kicks off at the Atwood Lake Park Activity Center, 9500 Lakeview Road, N.W., Mineral City, with registration noon-1 p.m. The first bike is out at noon and the last bike is out at 1 p.m.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is expected to have one of the dams open for tours.

The event is sponsored by the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Carroll and Tuscarawas Convention and Visitor Bureaus, Atwood Lake Lighthouse Bistro, Atwood Dock and Marina and Atwood Lake Boats. Anyone with questions may call 800-727-0103.
