Six Christian musical groups will perform as part of Revive, a Christian music celebration, on Sunday, Sept. 5, 4-10 p.m., at the Honking Goose Inn, 5696 Steubenville Road, Amsterdam.
The free event is an opportunity for family and friends to enjoy an evening of relaxation and inspiration.
The bands will be playing under a large tent with some chairs for the audience. It is suggested attendees bring their own lawn chairs.
Kathy's meatball stand will provide a variety of food and drinks, including meatball and sausage subs and delicious fudge.
The program of events includes a variety of musical styles. The schedule is: 4-5 p.m., The Smalls - American Roots music; 5-6 p.m., Redeemed - gospel music; 6-7 p.m., Kaleidoscope - contemporary Christian music; 7-8 p.m., His Song - contemporary Christian music; 8-9 p.m., The Lighthouse Band - light Christian rock; and 9-10 p.m., Living Word WORSHIP Center - worship music.
