Dancing on the Bridge is a Malvern festival with a wide range of activities to accommodate participants of all ages.
From noon to 6 p.m. there will be many attractions for children, including bubble gum beanbag, cornhole games, a lollipop tree, the grand-prize game, ring tosses, worm races and End of the Rainbow. Local artists will do face painting and Malvern High School cheerleaders will hold a cheerleading clinic.
The Balloon Man will entertain kids with his creations, and there will be a bubble machine, a big tent for shade and candy and prizes. For more information or to volunteer, call Ellen Finnicum at 330-627-4359.
Finnicum, chairperson of the Children's Area at Dancing on the Bridge, says, "We're very excited about the fun, games and prizes we have planned for children 12 and under at Dancing on the Bridge. As an added bonus, everything is free!"
Dancing on the Bridge, the annual celebration of Malvern, will be held on Saturday, Sept. 11, 10 a.m.-11 p.m. in downtown Malvern.
