The Carroll County Humane Society is sponsoring its last rabies clinic on Wednesday, Sept. 8, 5:30-7 p.m., at the Carroll County Fairgrounds.
The cost is $7 each for ferrets, dogs and cats. The animals must be four months old, caged or leashed, and not pregnant.
