Minerva Bowl owner Brad Palmer has been selected for induction into the Greater Canton Bowling Association's Hall of Fame.
The event will take place June 11.
Palmer has dedicated his life to bowling, along with his mom and dad, Bill and Bev Palmer. The family bought Minerva Bowl when Brad was eight years old.
He began forming junior leagues when he was 13, and assisted in the formation of the Stark County High School Bowling Conference, and remains heavily involved in the Minerva High School bowling program.
He is also quite talented on the lanes.
Palmer has 10 300 games, owns a career-high 809 series, and has averaged more than 200 for 35 seasons.
