James Fields, Jr., Minerva, No Operator's License, Safety Equipment and Display of Plate. Display of Plate charge was dismissed. No Operator's License was amended to Expired License; plead guilty to remaining count, fined $70 for Expired License, $50 for Safety Equipment and $45 costs.

Ashlee Forrester, Minerva, Assault; plead no contest, fined $150, $45 costs and three days jail, suspended on one year good behavior.

Cory Ullom, Minerva, Dogs at Large; plead no contest, fined $50 and $45 costs.

Carl Shay, Jr., Stow, Speed 41 in a 25 on S. Grant Boulevard; forfeited $85 bond.

Evan Nickell, East Rochester, speed 42 in a 25 on E. First Street; forfeited $85 bond.

David Hafner, Minerva, Assured Clear Distance Ahead; forfeited $85 bond.

William Khune, Minerva, Speed 52 in a 35 on N. Market Street; forfeited $85 bond.

Christine Seller, Atwater, Speed 51 in a 35 on Alliance Road; forfeited $195 bond, which included a $50 warrant fee.
