April 18 at 12:32 p.m., police arrested Jason McIntosh, Kensington, on a warrant out of Canton Police Department for Failure to Pay Fines and Costs. McIntosh was released to the custody of Canton Police Department.

April 18 at 1:28 p.m., police received a report of threats and harassment from a resident on Valley Street. Dustin Tanner, Minerva, was charged with Aggravated Menacing and will appear in Carroll County Municipal Court.

April 18 at 2:48 p.m., police received a report of a civil incident on Valley Street.

April 18 at 5:24 p.m., police received a report of an assault that occurred at Bicentennial Park. A juvenile was charged with Assault and will appear in Carroll County Juvenile Court.

April 19 at 1:03 p.m., police received a report of a domestic dispute at a residence on South Market Street. Arrested was Jeremy Barrett, Minerva, for Domestic Violence. Barrett was transported to Carroll County jail and is scheduled to appear in Carroll County Municipal Court.

April 19 at 11:26 p.m., police received a report of telephone harassment from a resident on South Market Street.

April 19 at 11:59 p.m., police arrested Jeffrey Wise, Jr., East Canton, on a warrant out of Minerva Mayor's Court for Failure to Pay Fines and Costs on Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Wise is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court.

April 20 at 4:15 p.m., police received a report of a theft from a business on Valley Street.

April 20 at 7:48 p.m., police received a report of an assault that occurred at a residence on Sandyvale Drive. Charged was Ashlee Forrester, Minerva, for Assault. Forrester is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court.

April 20 at 7:52 p.m., police received a report of breaking and entering at a residence on Valley Street. Brett Woolever was charged with Aggravated Burglary and Aggravated Menacing and is scheduled to appear in Carroll County Municipal Court.

April 21 at 7 a.m., police received a report of a missing adult from a residence on Valley Street. The missing adult was later found.

April 21 at 10:16 a.m., police received a report of harassment from a resident on Line Street.

April 23 at 6:15 p.m., Christine Sellers, Atwater, posted bond on her warrant out of Minerva Mayor's Court for Failure to Appear on Speeding charge. The warrant was then canceled.

April 24 at 9:54 a.m., police received a nuisance complaint for property on Hart Avenue. Charged was Gary Mitchell, Minerva, for Littering. Mitchell is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court on the charge.

April 24 at 1:27 p.m., police received a report of found property of eyeglasses on West Street. The property is being held at the Minerva Police Department pending owner notification.

Accident Reports:

April 18 at 3:28 p.m., a vehicle operated by Bridget Myers, of Minerva, was backing out of a parking spot in Pamida lot and struck a vehicle owned by Carole Berta, of Salineville, causing moderate, non-functional damages. No injuries were reported.

April 19 at 4:51 p.m., a semi tractor-trailer operated by Robert Griffith, of Minerva, was pulling onto U.S. Route 30 from Brock Street and stuck a vehicle operated by Lori Fury, of Carrollton, causing non-functional and functional damages. No injuries were reported. Griffith was cited for Lanes of Travel.

April 20 at 6:58 p.m., a bicycle operated by Scott Ramsey, of Minerva, failed to stop at a stop sign on Prospect Street and Hart Avenue, and was struck by a vehicle operated by Laurie Denoon, of Minerva, that had legally entered the intersection. Non-functional and functional damages were reported. Incapacitating injuries were reported.

April 21 at 1:50 p.m., a vehicle operated by Pat Morckel, of Paris, stopped for traffic at the intersection of Bonnieview Avenue and U.S. Route 30, and was struck by a vehicle operated by David Hafner, of Minerva, causing non-functional damages. No injuries were reported. Hafner was cited for Assured Clear Distance.
