Horace Newell Ledford, 24, Burrow Road SW, Carrollton; Failure to Comply with an Order or Signal of Police Officer, one count (F3); Obstructing Official Business, Operating a Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol, a Drug of Abuse or a combination of them, one count (M1) and Driving Under Suspension, one count (M1); Plead guilty, defendant referred to the Stark County Court of Common Pleas Chance Program and court suspends further proceedings in this matter on counts one and two. Counts three and four sentencing hearing on April 23, 2008.
