I cannot thank the Carroll County community enough for their participation in helping our Carroll Hills School blood drive that was held on May 1, 2008. It was a great success!

We were able to collect 33 units of blood for Life Shares Program. In all, between the two blood drives this school year, we collected more than 75 units of blood!

In return, Carroll Hills will receive a grant of $1,500 for the playground fund. What a great feeling to help so many people. Carroll Hills School will be hosting another blood drive in the fall for our 2008-2009 school year so keep a look out for us.

With sincere appreciation.

Cheryl Rohr, coordinator
