The Malvern High School choir experienced the sights and sounds of New York, N.Y., April 17-19.

The group departed the high school at 6 a.m., April 17, traveling by charter bus, and returned at 10 p.m., April 19.

While in New York, the students visited the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island and enjoyed a bus tour of the city, a cruise of the Hudson and East rivers, and dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe. They also saw a performance of "Hairspray" at the Neil Simon Theatre.
