Stark County homeowners facing foreclosure have a new source for help and information. A collaboration between the Stark County Bar Association and Community Legal Aid Services is providing free homeowner information sessions led by local lawyers. The sessions are being held at Stark County District Library branches and will answer questions such as "What is foreclosure? How long does it take? How do I request mediation? Can I get a free lawyer? Is bankruptcy an option?" Upcoming locations and dates include: * North Branch, 189 25th St. NW, Canton, May 15 and 22. * Main Branch, 715 N. Market St., Canton, May 29 and June 5. All sessions begin at 4 p.m. Comments
