CARROLLTON - Mary Manist will be the featured artist in the first of this season's "Afternoons of Music" sponsored by the Carroll County Historical Society.
Manist is a well-known local vocalist, whose program includes folk and gospel music.
The public is encouraged to attend the program at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 18, at the historical church located just off state Route 332 in Perrysville. A free-will offering will be taken, to be used for maintenance of the church building.
