Malvern and Carrollton Village firefighters took time Saturday, May 10, to teach children about fire safety during the Carroll County Safe Kids' Summer Safety Kick-Off held at Malvern Schools. Firefighters (from left) Duane Kandel (Malvern), John Bagozzi (Carrollton Village), Chris Kiehl (Malvern) and Max Kandel (Malvern) give Connor and Caleb Groghan, sons of Phil and Lisa Groghan of East Canton, a smoke detector.
