Melissa S. Brown
Melissa S. Brown, age 13, of Malvern, died Saturday, May 17, 2008, in the Cleveland Clinic following a longtime illness.
She was born March 16, 1995, in Canton to John and Annette (Espenschied) Brown of Malvern. She is a member of the St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Minerva.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister, Tiffany Brown of the home; maternal grandparents, Bob and Monya Espenschied of Malvern; and paternal grandparents, John and Janet Brown of Canton South. She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Sheila Espenschied, and her brother, David E. Brown.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 21, 2008, in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Father Victor Cinson officiating. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hattie Larlham Foundation, 9772 Diagonal Road, Mantua, OH 44255.
