The Carroll County Narcotics Unit arrested two Minerva men on felony drug-trafficking charges on Feb. 25. Arrested were Christopher T. Hafner, 22, and Aaron R. Fellure, 20, both of 311-1/2 Market St., Minerva. They were taken into custody at their residence without incident after arrest warrants were issued for their arrest on drug-trafficking charges. Hafner is facing two felony-five counts of trafficking in marijuana and one felony-five count of trafficking in cocaine. Fellure is facing three felony-five counts of trafficking in marijuana. The drug charges are the result of an undercover investigation into the sale of narcotics in the village of Minerva. Additional charges may be filed on both subjects as a result of those arrests. Carroll County Sheriff Dale Williams said this lengthy investigation was conducted by his narcotics unit, as well as the Minerva Police Department. He expects more arrests will follow in the coming weeks. Comments
