Feb. 24, at 9:29 a.m. police received a report of passing bad checks from a business on E. Lincoln Way, Feb. 24, at 2:37 p.m. police receive a report of harassment at a business on S. Market Street. Feb. 27, at 11:30 a.m. police received a report of dog at large on Murray Avenue. Charged was Mollee Markins, Minerva for Dog at Large. Markins is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court. Feb. 27, at 5:27 p.m. police received a report of vandalism to a motor vehicle parked on S. Main Street. Feb. 27, at 9:28 p.m. police arrested James Poole, Kensington, on a warrant out of Minerva Mayor's Court for failure to pay fines and costs on driving under suspension and no operator's license. Poole also had a warrant out of Alliance for contempt of court. Poole is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court before being transferred to the Alliance Police Department. Feb. 28, at 1:36 a.m. police arrested Sammi Brown of Minerva on a felony warrrant out of Alliance Municipal Court for grand theft of a motor vehicle resulting from an investigation on Feb. 13. Brown was transported to Stark County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Alliance Municipal Court. Feb. 28, at 3:38 a.m. police received a report of a domestic dispute at a residence on N. Main Street. Charges were filed on a juvenile for domestic violence. The juvenile will appear in Stark County Juvenile Court. Feb. 28 at 1 p.m. police received a report of a domestic dispute at a residence on W. Line Street. March 1, at 1:53 p.m. police received a report of criminal mischief at a business on Alliance Road. March 1, at 5:38 p.m. police receive a report of criminal mischief at Brock Park. March 2, at 9:55 a.m. police received a report of drugs at the high school. Arrested was a juvenile for drug abuse and two counts of possession of drug paraphenaila. The juvenile was transported to the Juvenile Detention Center and will appear in Stark County Juvenile Court. March 4, at 1:56 p.m. police arrested Aaron Fellure, Minerva on a warrant out of Minerva Mayor's Court for failure to pay fines and costs on drug abuse. Fellure posted bond. March 4, at 6:57 p.m. police received a report of theft from a business on Alliance Road. Two juveniles were charged with petty theft and both will appear in Carroll County Juvenile Court. March 5 at 2:50 p.m. police received a report of phone harassment from a Valley Street. resident. Information was sent to the prosecutor's office for review. Accidents Feb. 27, at 10:06 a.m. a vehicle operated by Matthew Krider of Minerva was backing from a spot in the Minerva Post Office parking lot and struck a legally parked vehicle owned by Julie Sponseller of Minerva causing light, non-functional damages. No injuries were reported. March 2 at 11:57 a.m. a vehicle owned by Bryan Roher of Carrollton was legally parked on W High Street. at N Market Street. when it was struck by an unknown vehicle which left the scene.
