Carroll County’s entry in last year’s Farm Bureau art contest was a three-dimensional barn plaque constructed by Wayne Chunat of Malvern. This year’s contest calls for decorating a 10-gallon cowboy hat. The hat and rules are available at the Carroll County Arts Center.
