Robert R. Manfull, of Minerva, celebrated his 90th birthday on Sunday, April 27, with a family dinner at the "Way Side Inn." Ice cream and birthday cake was enjoyed with close friends and family in their home in the afternoon, served by his wife, Marjorie, whom he married on Oct. 12, 1947.
They are the parents of two daughters, Cheryl (John) Walters, of Minerva, and Darla (William) Young, of North Georgetown. They have five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Robert is a member of the Stillfork Presbyterian Church, of Augusta, Ohio. He enjoyed farming, besides hauling milk for 15 years, serving four and a half years in World War II. He was an employee of Glen Gary Corp., of East Canton for 20 years before retiring from Summitville Tile, at Summitville, Ohio.
