Feb. 23 at 3:18 p.m., police received a report of a theft of a cell phone from Minerva Middle School.
Feb. 18 at 7:45 p.m., police received a report of vandalism at a residence on Radloff Avenue.
Feb. 19 at 8:02 a.m., police arrested Robert Millar, Warren, on a warrant out of Minerva Mayor's Court for failure to serve two days jail on a driving under suspension charge. Millar was released after serving jail time.
Feb. 19 at 12:53 p.m., police assisted Carroll County in arresting Jesse Beaber, Minerva, on a warrant out of Carroll County for two counts of trafficking in marijuana. Beaber also was charged by the Minerva Police Department with two counts of drug paraphernalia and two counts of drug abuse. Beaber was transported to Carroll County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court.
Feb. 19 at 2:35 p.m., police arrested Anthony Germano, East Rochester, on a warrant out of Minerva Mayor's Court for failure to pay fines and costs on no operator's license and expired plates. Germano posted bond.
Feb. 19 at 10:24 p.m., police received a report of unruly juveniles at a business on Park Avenue.
Feb. 20 at 3:01 a.m., while on a traffic stop, police arrested Adam Rose, Minerva, for driving under the influence, no operator's license and marked lanes. Rose is scheduled to appear in Carroll County Municipal Court.
Feb. 21 at 5:32 p.m., police received a report of a custody dispute on Euclid Avenue. Information was faxed to the prosecutor's office for review.
Feb. 22 at 12:10 a.m., police received a report of a suicide attempt at a residence on Valley Street. The subject was transported to a hospital.
Feb. 22 at 6:17 p.m., police received a harassment complaint which occurred at Minerva High School.
Feb. 23 at 9:48 a.m., police received a report of vandalism to a motor vehicle on Latzer Avenue.
Feb. 23 at 8:43 p.m., police received a report of an unruly juvenile at a residence on McKinley Street.
Feb. 24 at 8:57 p.m., police received a report of passing bad checks from a business on E. Lincoln Way.
Feb. 24 at 6:32 p.m., police arrested Ryan Hayes, Minerva, on a warrant out of Minerva Mayor's Court for failure to pay fines and costs on obstructing official business. Hayes posted bond.
Feb. 25 at 10:43 a.m., while assisting Carroll County police, arrested Christopher Hafner, Minerva, on a warrant out of Carroll County for three counts of trafficking in marijuana. Also arrested was Aaron Fellure, Minerva, on a warrant out of Carroll County for three counts of trafficking in marijuana. Fellure and Hafner were transported to Carroll County Jail.
Accidents
Feb. 20 at 3 p.m., a vehicle operated by Melissa Wheeler, Minerva, was traveling northbound on Alliance Road and struck a vehicle operated by Daniel Szittal, Malvern, which was stopped in traffic. Functional damages and no injuries were reported. Wheeler was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
Feb. 23 at 4:08 p.m., a vehicle operated by Darlene Sutton, Minerva, was entering the intersection on W. Line Street at N. Grant Street and struck a vehicle operated by Robert Houze, Minerva, causing non-functional damages and no injuries. Sutton was cited for operation of vehicles at stop signs.
Feb. 25 at 8:15 a.m., a vehicle operated by Gabrielle Clark, Minerva, was traveling northbound on Murray Avenue, attempting to turn eastbound onto Union Street, and slid off the east side of Union Street, striking a street sign. Non-functional damages and no injuries where reported. Clark was cited for failure to control.
Feb. 25 at 6:37 p.m., a vehicle operated by John Milliken, Minerva, was backing from a parking space in a Minerva High School lot and struck a vehicle owned by Jarret Tomlinson, Minerva, which was parked. Light, non-functional damages and no injuries were reported.
