Bertha Yvette Lautzenheiser, 89, of Minerva, died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, in Essex of Salem.
She was born Feb. 10, 1923, in East Rochester to Robert and Martha (Price) Draher. She was a housewife and had worked for Cronin China Co. in Minerva. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Minerva, a 1941 graduate of Augusta High School and a former member of the Minerva High School Band Parents.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Lautzenheiser, who died in 2007; and a brother, Charles Draher.
She is survived by three sons, Larry (Joy) Lautzenheiser of North Carolina, Gary (Judy) Lautzenheiser of Minerva, and Ricky (Janet) Lautzenheiser of Minerva; two sisters, Marjorie (Dale) Guthrie of New Garden, and Nancy (Bill) Offenberger of Malvern; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan. 26, at noon in St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Minerva with the Rev. Stephen Woyen officiating. Burial will be in New Franklin Cemetery. Gotschall Hutchison Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
