Students honored for perfect attendance

Twenty-six Minerva Middle School students were honored with certificates and gifts from local businesses for having perfect attendance during the 2009-2010 school year. They were as follows.

Sixth grade: Omri Ciotti, Austin Dennis, Boomer Hearn, Kevin Lin, Ashley Rader, Taylor Wilson, and David Yonker.

Seventh grade: Wylie Brown, Adam Brunner, Hannah Foster, Morgan French, Heath Goshorn, Kristen Herstine, Isaac Michel, Hunter Miller, Tyler Stewart, and Tyler Wilson.

Eighth grade; Joseph Carle, Makenna Carle, Abby Farber, Samantha Jordan, Kimberly Larson, Judy Lin, Lily McClosky, Chelsea Sadler, and Madison M. Siedschlaw.

Students who had perfect attendance for each nine-week grading period throughout the school year also received certificates and gifts from local businesses.

The district appreciated Gionino's Pizza, McDonald's of Minerva, Dairy Queen, Pizza Hut and Hardee's for supporting the students and making this recognition possible.
