The Clothing Recycling program at Minerva Elementary School is up and running for the 2010-2011 school year.
The clothing closet offers free, gently used children's clothing in sizes from infant up to 14/16, and is open one day a month, 4-5:30 p.m. The closet is currently well stocked with coats, snowpants, hats, gloves, shoes and more.
Any family is welcome to come in and select "new" clothes on the following Thursdays: Dec. 2, Jan. 13, Feb. 13, March 17, April 7, and May 5.
To visit the Clothing Recycling program, individuals should enter the building through door J on the cemetery side.
Anyone unable to make it at the designated time should contact Lauren Syverson, program organizer, at 330-868-4011 or email@example.com, with sizes needed or to make an appointment.
The Clothing Recycling program is currently in need of clothing donations, which can be dropped off in the MES office.
Donated children's clothing should be sizes birth to 14/16, and no adult clothing will be accepted. Clothing must be for the fall and winter seasons, and should be clean and without holes or stains.
No undergarments can be accepted.
